Sparkle Cupcakery opened in 2008 by Kathryn with inspiration from years spent living in cupcake-mecca of New York City. Over the years of operation, amazing and talented staff members and our fabulous customers have shaped Sparkle into a very special place. Sparkle has always been about celebration. Pick your moment or person to celebrate.

Each cake is made from scratch and baked fresh. We source the highest quality ingredients including cage free eggs, creamy butter, the world’s best Heilala Vanilla and Belgian chocolate. Each cake is hand piped and topped with a splash of colour.
